NBA: Cleveland 102, LA Clippers 101

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 17 (UPI) -- LeBron James scored 32 points Saturday, including 13 in a fourth-quarter rally that led Cleveland to a 102-101 squeaker over the Los Angeles Clippers.

The Cavaliers outscored the Clippers 29-23 in the final period and beat Los Angeles for the seventh consecutive game.

Mo Williams scored 18 for Cleveland and Delonte West added 14.

The Clippers, who lost their fourth in a row, had 33 points from Rasual Butler and 28 from Eric Gordon. Starters Al Thornton and Chris Kaman were sidelined by injuries.

After James sank a pair of free throws with 2:23 to play, Gordon scored on a layup that cut the lead to one point with 2:01 to play. Neither team could get the ball in the bucket the rest of the way. The Clippers' Baron Davis, who had nine points and eight assists, missed on what would have been the game-winning shot at the buzzer.
