Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24
DENVER, Jan. 16 (UPI) -- Craig Anderson made 37 saves Saturday, backstopping Colorado's 3-1 win over New Jersey.
Wojtek Wolski and Chris Stewart each had a goal and an assist for the Avalanche. T.J. Galiardi also scored in the Northern Division leader's third straight win.
The Devils' only goal came from Rob Niedermayer. Martin Brodeur made 25 saves for Denver, which is 1-2-0 on its four-game road trip.
