NHL: Nashville 3, Vancouver 2

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Jan. 12 (UPI) -- Shea Weber's power-play goal with 4:03 left in regulation Monday gave the Nashville Predators a 3-2 victory over Vancouver.

Ryan Jones scored a power-play goal and Joel Ward scored a short-handed goal for the Predators, who got 30 saves from Dan Ellis in their fifth win in seven games.

Alexandre Burrows scored both goals and Roberto Luongo stopped 22 shots for the Canucks, who have lost two straight after putting together a four-game winning streak.
