BRISBANE, Australia, Jan. 6 (UPI) -- Justin Henin won in straight sets Wednesday at the Brisbane International tournament in Australia, in her second match since ending a retirement from tennis.

Henin was a 6-4, 6-3 second-round winner over Sesil Karatantcheva in 77 minutes. She had her serve broken three times but more-than answered that with six service breaks in 10 games.

Henin has returned to competitive tennis after a 19-month retirement. She left the game in May 2008 ranked No. 1 in the world.

No. 6-seeded Aleksandra Wozniak fell 6-3, 6-1 to Lucie Safarova, winning just 38 percent of the points in the match.

Fourth-seeded Daniela Hantuchova was dominant in a 6-3, 6-1 victory over Agnes Szavay. Hantuchova piled up five breaks in the 70-minute match.

In Wednesday's other second-round match, Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova won one game in the first set but rallied for a 1-6, 6-4, 6-1 victory over Roberta Vinci.
