Devon Harris scored 19 for the Nets, who lost their ninth consecutive game. Brook Lopez and Yi Jianlian scored 17 apiece.

Kenyon Dooling hit a clutch 3-pointer for the Nets that tied the game 91-91 with 1:38 to play, then stopped Houston from scoring on the subsequent possession.

Unfortunately for the Nets, they could not score on their next possession either. Brooks took control of the ball after Yi missed on a 3-point try and drove in for a layup that put the Rockets ahead.

Brooks hit four consecutive free throws in the waning seconds.
