PHOENIX, Dec. 22 (UPI) -- Scottie Upshall tallied two goals and two assists Monday to key the Phoenix Coyotes' 5-2 victory over Columbus.

The Coyotes also got goals and two assists each from Shane Doan and Matthew Lombardi, as they racked up their seventh straight home win -- the team's longest such streak since 2002.

Radim Vrbata notched a goal and Ilya Bryzgalov recorded 25 saves for Phoenix.

The Coyotes got first-period goals from Upshall and Lombardi and used nine saves from Bryzgalov in the period to take charge of the game. Doan's goal at 4:39 of the second period virtually iced the win.

Derick Brassard and Antoine Vermette each scored for the Blue Jackets, who have dropped seven straight games.
