Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24
CHAPEL HILL, N.C., Dec. 22 (UPI) -- Ed Davis scored 19 points and Tyler Zeller had 18 for No. 10 North Carolina, which broke away in the second half Tuesday and crushed Marshall 98-61.
An 18-0 run sent the Tar Heels (9-3) on their way to the easy win.
Deon Thompson and Marcus Ginyard each registered 14 points and Will Graves had 13 for North Carolina.
Shaquille Johnson was the leading scorer for Marshall (9-2) with 16 points.
