
SEATTLE, Dec. 20 (UPI) -- Josh Freeman tossed a pair of touchdowns and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense picked off four Seattle passes en route to a 24-7 win over the Seahawks Sunday.
The win was the first road victory of the season for the Buccaneers (2-12). Freeman went 16-of-26 passing, finding Derrick Ward and Cadillac Williams for touchdown catches, while Ward rushed for 67 yards and Williams gained for 66 yards on the ground.
Kellen Winslow caught six passes for 93 yards for Tampa Bay, whose defense keyed the win. On the first play after a third-quarter interception at the Seattle 22, Williams caught a Freeman pass for a touchdown, putting Tampa Bay ahead 13-7 with 7:44 to go.
Matt Hasselbeck was 27-of-46 passing for 256 yards and one touchdown for the Seahawks (5-9), who got 65 yards rushing from Julius Jones while Justin Forsett ran nine times for 55 yards.
John Carlson caught seven passes for 86 yards and a touchdown for Seattle.
