DENVER, Dec. 20 (UPI) -- Chaz Schilens hauled in a 10-yard touchdown catch late in the game to send the Oakland Raiders to an upset 20-19 victory over Denver Sunday.

JaMarcus Russell, who threw the game winner to Schilens with 35 seconds left in the game, completed 5-of-11 passes for 47 yards in the fourth quarter after replacing starter Charlie Frye -- who was 9-of-17 passing before leaving the game after sustaining a blow to the head.

The Raiders (5-9) benefited from Michael Bush's 133 yards rushing and one touchdown on 18 carries, while Darren McFadden rushed 12 times for 74 yards.

Tony Stewart caught an 11-yard pass on 4th-and-10 from the Denver 43 to keep the game-winning drive alive. He picked up nine yards on the next play and Schilens caught a 13-yard pass to move the Raiders to the Denver 10.

Kyle Orton was 19-of-34 for 278 yards and one touchdown for the Broncos (8-6), who were eliminated from contention for the AFC West title when San Diego won Sunday.
