NHL: Anaheim 4, Phoenix 2

ANAHEIM, Calif., Dec. 19 (UPI) -- Power-play goals by Ryan Getzlaf and Bobby Ryan Saturday carried the Anaheim Ducks to a 4-2 victory over the Phoenix Coyotes.

Getzlaf's goal was the game-winner, coming with 2:34 left in the second period when he drifted to the middle of the left circle and rifled a shot that beat Ilya Bryzgalov on the stick side.

Jonas Hiller made 39 saves for Anaheim, allowing goals by Shane Doan and Adrian Aucoin.

The Ducks' other goals came from Mike Brown and Kyle Chipchura. Scott Niedermayer and Ryan Whitney were credited with two assists each.

Bryzgalov had 29 saves in defeat.

Anaheim has now won three of its last four, while Phoenix saw its modest two-game win streak end.
