It also was the 12-year veteran's ninth POW honor, making him the first Arizona quarterback to be named NFC Offensive Player of the Week twice in the same season since Boomer Esiason in 1996.

Also earning NFC honors were Green Bay rookie linebacker Clay Matthews (Defense) and New York Giants kick returner Domenik Hixon (Special Teams).

Matthews, the son of former NFL great Clay Matthews, made a career-high six tackles with two sacks and a forced fumble in the Packers' 27-14 win over Baltimore.

Hixon had a 79-yard punt-return touchdown in the Giants' 31-24 win over Dallas.
