NBA: Memphis 111, Cleveland 109

MEMPHIS, Dec. 8 (UPI) -- LeBron James scored a season-high 43 points Tuesday, but the Memphis Grizzlies came out on top with 111-109 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Zach Randolph of Memphis also had his best night of the season, scoring 32 points plus 14 rebounds, and Mike Conley scored the go-ahead basket with 3 seconds to play.

Conley went to the hoop past Shaquille O'Neil on a pick-and-roll to break a 109-109 tie and nail down the Grizzlies' third consecutive win.

Memphis also had 28 points from O.J. Mayo and another 21 from Rudy Gay. Conley finished the night with 12 points.

Mo Williams scored 20 points. James added 13 rebounds, but he went cold in the second half and hit just 6-of-19 from the field in the final two quarters.

James sank a pair of free throws with 14.9 seconds to play that tied the score after Mayo's 3-pointer had put Memphis ahead 109-107.
