

KANSAS CITY, Mo., Dec. 6 (UPI) -- Kyle Orton and Knowshon Moreno combined for four touchdowns Sunday, keying Denver's 44-13 thrashing of Kansas City.
Orton completed 15-of-25 passes for 180 yards, overcoming two fumbles and one interception with two touchdown tosses.
Moreno rushed for 86 yards on 21 carries with two scoring runs.
Correll Buckhalter gained 113 yards on just 12 carries, while Matt Prater kicked three field goals for the Broncos (8-4), who have won two straight following a four-game losing streak.
Kansas City's Matt Cassel completed 10-of-29 passes for just 84 yards with two interceptions. Back-up Brodie Croyle completed 6-of-14 passes for 50 yards.
Jamaal Charles gained 56 yards on 18 carries with one touchdown, and Tamba Hali made 10 tackles (nine solo) for the Chiefs (3-9), who have been out-scored 87-27 in their last two games, both losses.
Denver secured its victory with a 20-0 third quarter.
