NBA: Cleveland 101, Milwaukee 86

MILWAUKEE, Dec. 6 (UPI) -- The Cleveland Cavaliers, led by Delonte West with 21 points, took charge in the first half Sunday and rolled to a 101-86 win over the Milwaukee Bucks.

A 3-point play by West began an 18-0 run that led to a 52-33 Cleveland lead at halftime.

LeBron James put up 14 points and doled out 10 assists for the Cavs, who have won four in a row and seven of eight.

J.J. Hickson had 11 points and Shaquille O'Neal 10 for Cleveland.

The game's top scorer was Milwaukee rookie Brandon Jennings with 24 points.

Milwaukee Coach Scott Skiles was back on the bench after serving a one-game suspension for shouting at an official and not leaving the court in a timely manner after he was ejected in a 104-102 loss at Washington last week.
