ATLANTA, Dec. 5 (UPI) -- Mark Ingram ran for three touchdowns Saturday, leading No. 2 Alabama to a 32-13 win over top-ranked Florida at the SEC title game in Atlanta.

Alabama players said they wanted to avenge a 31-20 loss to the Gators at last season's SEC final, and wasted little time turning the tables.

Alabama led the reigning national champions 9-0 on the first of Leigh Tiffin's two field goals and a 7-yard scoring run by Ingram.

The lead was 19-13 at halftime and swelled to 32-13 when Greg McElroy threw a third-quarter touchdown pass to Colin Peek and Ingram scored on a 1-yard run early in the fourth.

Ingram gained 113 yards on 28 carries, McElroy passed for 239 yards with no interceptions, and Trent Richardson gained 80 yards on 11 carries for the Crimson Tide (13-0), who likely secured a berth in the BCS title game.

Tim Tebow passed for 247 yards and ran for 63 yards on 10 carries for the Gators (12-1).
