LOS ANGELES, Nov. 29 (UPI) -- The Los Angeles Clippers, facing a 16-point deficit, rallied Sunday with a 33-7 fourth period and beat the Memphis Grizzlies 98-88.
The stunning fourth period was fueled by 10 points apiece from Al Thornton and Eric Gordon.
Memphis led after every period, including 81-65 after the third.
Gordon's 29 points, five rebounds and five assists led Los Angeles.
Thornton scored 14 with 14 rebounds, four assists and three blocked shots and Marcus Camby scored 14 with 14 rebounds. Baron Davis added 14 points, four rebounds, six assists and three steals for the Clippers, who have won three of four.
Marc Gasol filled the Memphis stats sheet with 26 points, five rebounds, six assists, three steals and three blocked shots.
Rudy Gay scored 15 with 10 rebounds and Jamaal Tinsley scored 12 with seven assists and three steals. Mike Conley scored 11 points for the Grizzlies, who have split their last four games.
