
NEW ORLEANS, Nov. 25 (UPI) -- Devin Brown pulled down a key rebound and followed with two free throws late in overtime Wednesday, delivering New Orleans a 102-99 decision over Milwaukee.
Darren Collison made a 3-pointer with 7 seconds left in the fourth period to force the extra session and the Hornets made the key plays down the stretch in overtime to hand the Bucks their second straight loss.
Collison put New Orleans in front by a point by making the first of two free throws with 8 seconds left. When Collison missed the second attempt, Brown was there for the rebound.
Brown was fouled by Kurt Thomas and hit both free throws push the lead to three, and New Orleans survived a 3-point attempt at the buzzer by Michael Redd.
David West led New Orleans with 27 points and Collison had 18. Luke Ridnour paced the Bucks with 23.
