COL BKB: Purdue 85, Saint Josephs 60

ST.THOMAS, Virgin Islands, Nov. 23 (UPI) -- Seventh-ranked Purdue, led by Jajuan Johnson's 18 points, pulled away in the second half Sunday and ripped Saint Joseph's 85-60 in the Virgin Islands.

The Boilermakers (3-0) led by just a point at halftime but took charge with a 23-3 run to begin the second half of the Paradise Jam semifinal contest.

Purdue will go against Tennessee, a 57-53 winner over DePaul, in the championship game Monday.

Garrett Williamson led Saint Joseph's with 12 points.

The Hawks (2-1) committed 23 turnovers and made just 9-of-24 field goal attempts.
