JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Nov. 22 (UPI) -- A 3-yard touchdown pass from David Garrard to Mike Sims-Walker with 56 seconds to play Sunday lifted Jacksonville to an 18-15 win over the Buffalo Bills.

The winning score capped a 12-play, 68-yard drive.

Maurice Jones-Drew ran 3 yards for a touchdown for the Jaguars (6-4), who have won three straight contests.

Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick and Terrell Owens hooked up on a 98-yard pass play for the only touchdown for Buffalo (3-7).

The game marked the head-coaching debut of the Bills' Perry Fewell, who replaced the fired Dick Jauron.
