SACRAMENTO, Nov. 18 (UPI) -- John Salmons scored 23 points Tuesday, including a late 3-pointer that lifted the Chicago Bulls to a 101-87 win over Sacramento.

Salmons' trey with just under 3 minutes to play extended Chicago's lead to 97-83, a margin that proved too much for the Kings in the home stretch.

Joakim Noah had 15 points and 14 rebounds for the Bulls. Luol Deng added 16 points and Jannero Pargo scored a dozen off the bench.

Donte Green led the Kings with 24 points. Tyreke Evans scored 20 as Sacramento's winning streak was halted at four games.

Chicago led by double digits for much of the second half, although the Kings cut it to 88-81 on Greene's jumper with 8:12 to play in the fourth quarter.
