COL BKB: Duke 74, Coastal Carolina 49

DURHAM, N.C., Nov. 17 (UPI) -- Kyle Singler led Duke with 23 points and the No. 8 Blue Devils bombed the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers 74-49 Monday in the NIT Season Tip-Off.

Andre Dawkins tallied 13 points and Jon Scheyer and Miles Plumlee had 10 each for Duke (2-0).

Mario Edwards was the top scorer for Coastal Carolina (1-1) with 12 points.

Duke next plays Tuesday against Charlotte, which advanced with a 75-61 win over Elon.
