
BATON ROUGE, La., Nov. 15 (UPI) -- Keiland Williams scored two second-half touchdowns Saturday, helping 11th-ranked LSU grind out a 24-16 win over Louisiana Tech.
Williams gained 116 yards on 15 carries, scoring on a 3-yard third-quarter run and a 9-yard run in the fourth.
Brandon LaFell caught two passes for 54 yards with one touchdown, and Jarrett Lee passed for 105 yards with one touchdown for the Tigers (8-2), who lost 24-15 to undefeated Alabama last Saturday.
Tech's Ross Jenkins threw for 143 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions.
Daniel Porter tossed a 1-yard, second-quarter touchdown pass.
Matt Nelson kicked three field goals, while Tyrone Duplessis and Daniel Porter combined for 129 rushing yards for the Bulldogs (3-7), who have not beaten LSU since 1904.
