INDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 14 (UPI) -- Danny Granger hit six of his nine 3-point shots Saturday to power Indiana past the Boston Celtics 113-104.
Granger scored 29 points in the game, which gave the Pacers their first four-game winning streak since the 2007-2008 season.
Dhantay Jones added 25 for Indiana and Earl Watson tallied a dozen.
The Celtics, who lost back-to-back games for the first time this season, were led by Ray Allen's 24 points. Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce scored 15 apiece.
The Celtics led by nine at the half, but Indiana scored six unanswered points to open the third quarter, then took the lead with an eight-point run to close out the period.
Boston pulled to within six with around three minutes to play on Pierce's 3-pointer, which was as close as the Celtics got as Granger hit a pair of free throws in the home stretch and Jones sank a clutch jump shot.
