SEATTLE, Nov. 14 (UPI) -- A 30-point effort by Isaiah Thomas Friday allowed Washington to build a 16-point lead and the Huskies fought off a comeback bid to down Wright State 74-69.
Thomas made 14-of-18 shots from the foul line and Washington hit 27-of-35 overall.

Wright State closed within six points with 5:30 to play before the Huskies rebuilt the lead to nine.
Quincy Pondexter added 12 points for Washington, which is coming off a Pacific-10 championship season.
The Raiders got 21 points from Todd Brown. Wright State shot 49 percent from the field and outrebounded Washington by one.
