SYRACUSE, N.Y., Nov. 10 (UPI) -- Syracuse, ranked No. 25, ripped Albany 75-43 Monday, giving Orange Coach Jim Boeheim the 800th victory of his career.

Arinze Onuaku scored 14 points and Kris Joseph, Scoop Jardine and Wes Johnson had 12 each for Syracuse (1-0).

Will Harris produced 14 points and Tim Ambrose scored 12 for the Great Danes (0-1) in a game that was part of the 2K Sports Coaches vs. Cancer Classic.

Boeheim, in his 34th season at Syracuse, has a record of 800-288.
