SALT LAKE CITY, Nov. 8 (UPI) -- Sacramento got a big night from rookie Tyreke Evans, who scored 32 points to pace the Kings to a 104-99 win over the Utah Jazz Saturday.
Along with a career-high scoring night, Evans notched seven assists as the Kings coped with the loss of guard Kevin Martin for the first time after he suffered a fractured left wrist.
Beno Udrih chipped in with 15 points and Andres Nocioni scored 14 for Sacramento.
Jason Thompson had 12 points and 11 rebounds, while Donte Greene hit 10 points.
The Jazz closed to within 99-95 with 17.5 second left on a 3-pointer by Deron Williams, who totaled 29 points and 15 assists on the night. But that was as close Utah got.
Carlos Boozer contributed 16 points and grabbed 17 rebounds. Mehmet Okur also scored 16.
