ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Nov. 7 (UPI) -- Fifteen-year veteran cornerback Ty Law was brought on board by the Denver Broncos Saturday to strengthen their already top-ranked defense.
The Broncos cut loose cornerback Jack Williams to make room for Law, who spent last season with the New York Jets. Law, a five-time Pro Bowl selection, also played for Kansas City and spent his first 10 years in the league with New England.
Last year, he had 19 tackles in seven games, but for his career he has 52 interceptions, five forced fumbles and seven touchdowns.
