NBA: LA Lakers 103, Houston 102 (OT)

HOUSTON, Nov. 5 (UPI) -- Andrew Bynum sank three free throws late in overtime Wednesday, enabling the Los Angeles Lakers to edge Houston 103-102.

Bynum broke a tie and put the Lakers ahead by two points with 44.2 seconds to go. After Houston tied it again, at 102-102, he dropped in another free throw at 24.7 and Los Angeles held for its third win in a row.

Kobe Bryant led the Lakers' scoring with 41 points, Bynum had 17 and Ron Artest scored 15 against his former team.

Carl Landry scored 20 points and Luis Scola added 16 for the Rockets.
