BASEL, Switzerland, Nov. 5 (UPI) -- Second-seeded Novak Djokovic of Serbia was among Thursday's winners at the Swiss Indoors tennis tournament at Basel, Switzerland.

In one of the most dominant matches in his seven professional seasons, Djokovic needed just 52 minutes for his 6-0, 6-0 win over Jan Hernych of the Czech Republic.

"It's hard to talk about a 6-0, 6-0 result," Djokovic said after reaching a quarterfinal for the 18th time this season. "Actually, he made a lot of unforced errors and didn't put any pressure on me so I just kind of cruised through the match."

Fourth-seeded Marin Cilic of Croatia beat Serbian Viktor Troicki 7-6 (9-7), 6-7 (8-10), 7-6 (8-6); sixth-seeded Stanislas Wawrinka of Switzerland topped Finland's Jarkko Nieminen 7-5, 2-6, 6-1; Russia's Evgeny Korolev downed France's Jeremy Chardy 6-4, 7-6 (7-1); while Marco Chiudinelli of Switzerland and Frenchman Richard Gasquet also were winners.
