
CLEVELAND, Nov. 3 (UPI) -- LeBron James had 27 points, eight rebounds and six assists Tuesday to lead the Cleveland Cavaliers to a 102-90 win over Washington.
The Cavs unleashed a big second half as Shaquille O'Neal put in 21 points and collected eight boards, while Daniel Gibson connected on four 3-pointers off the bench in a 14-point effort for Cleveland, which has won three straight games after dropping two to start the season.
More supporting players had big games for the Cavs, including Mo Williams, who contributed 15 points, and Anderson Varejao, who chipped in with a double-double, 10 points and 10 rebounds.
On a day when he was indicted by a Maryland grand jury on multiple weapons charges, Delonte West recorded four points and four assists off the bench for Cleveland.
Gilbert Arenas scored 22 points and collected seven rebounds for the Wizards, who have started the season 2-2. Caron Butler added 22 points in defeat.
The Cavs put together an 8-0 run in the second quarter and carried the momentum into the second half with a 10-0 run highlighted by Williams' 3-pointer, to take a 62-58 lead.
