NORMAN, Okla., Nov. 1 (UPI) -- Landry Jones threw four touchdown passes Saturday, leading No. 23 Oklahoma to a 42-30 Big 12 Conference win over Kansas State.
Jones completed 26-of-37 passes for 294 yards in his fifth start in place of reigning Heisman Trophy winner Sam Bradford (right shoulder injury).
Chris Brown gained 83 yards on 15 carries.
Ryan Broyles scored twice on eight receptions for 91 yards.
Dejuan Miller had nine receptions for 94 yards with one touchdown, while DeMarco Murray added a touchdown catch for the Sooners (5-3, 3-1), who have won two in a row.
KSU's Grant Gregory went 19-for-30 for 174 yards with an interception.
Keithen Valentine ran for two touchdowns.
Brandon Banks caught nine passes for 156 yards, while Josh Cherry kicked a 31-yard, second quarter field goal for the Wildcats (5-4, 3-2), who had won two straight and have not won at Norman since 1997.
