EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J., Oct. 25 (UPI) -- Macoumba Kandji and Juan Pablo Angel each had two goals and an assist to lead Red Bull New York past Toronto FC 5-0 in the final MLS game at Giants Stadium.

New York, which moves into the new Red Bull Arena next season, salvaged three wins in the final eight games of the season under interim Coach Richie Williams.

The loss dropped Toronto out of the playoff hunt for the first time in franchise history.

Playing in a steady rain, Kandji scored less than two minutes into the match and New York never looked back.

Toronto had some solid chances but couldn't get the best of goaltender Bouna Coundoul.
