COL FB: USC 42, Oregon State 36

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 25 (UPI) -- Allen Bradford scored two touchdowns Saturday, helping fourth-ranked USC top stubborn Oregon State to a key 42-36 Pac-10 Conference win.

Bradford ended with 147 yards on 15 carries, scoring both touchdowns in the third quarter.

Joe McKnight gained 65 yards on 11 carries.

Matt Barkley completed 15-of-25 passes for 202 yards and two touchdowns, but his two interceptions helped Oregon State stay within shouting range.

Damian Williams scored on a 63-yard third-quarter punt return, while receivers Anthony McCoy and Ronald Johnson scored one touchdown each for the Trojans (6-1, 3-1 Pac-10), who avenged their only loss last season.

OSU's Sean Canfield threw for 329 yards with three touchdowns.

James Rodgers gained 113 rushing yards with two touchdowns.

Joe Halahuni caught nine passes for 127 yards, while Jacquizz Rodgers scored once after 20 carries for 113 yards for the Beavers (4-3, 2-2).
