
BOULDER, Colo., Oct. 18 (UPI) -- Rodney Stewart's fourth-quarter touchdown run Saturday led Colorado to a 34-30 Big 12 upset of 15th-ranked Kansas.
His 13-yard scoring run erased a 30-27 deficit with 8:36 left in the contest.
He finished with 108 yards rushing on 24 carries.
Quarterback Tyler Hansen completed 14-of-25 passes for 175 yards, one touchdown and one interception.
Riar Geer scored once after four catches for 65 yards, and Aric Goodman booted two field goals or the Buffaloes (2-4, 1-1 Big 12), who had not beaten the Jayhawks since 2005.
Kansas quarterback Todd Reesing went 30-for-51 for 401 yards, two touchdowns and one interception.
Dezmon Briscoe made eight catches for 154 yards with one touchdown, while Kerry Meier added 11 catches for 103 yards for the Jayhawks (5-1, 1-1), who had won seven straight dating to last season.
