CHICAGO, Oct. 12 (UPI) -- Brent Seabrook's goal 26 seconds into overtime Monday capped the biggest comeback in Blackhawks' history and gave Chicago a 6-5 victory over Calgary.

The Flames jumped out a 5-0 lead in the first 12 minutes of the game on goals by Jarome Iginla, Dustin Boyd, Rene Bourque, Olli Jokinen and Eric Nystrom.

The Blackhawks -- who pulled Cristobal Huet from goal after he allowed three goals on just five shots -- out-shot Calgary 23-10 after the second period.

Patrick Kane had a goal and two assists and Patrick Sharp, John Madden, Dustin Byfuglien and Dave Bolland scored goals for the Blackhawks. Miikka Kiprusoff stopped 33 shots in the Flames' loss.

The comeback was not only the biggest in Blackhawks history -- it also tied the record for the biggest comeback ever in the NHL.
