BALTIMORE, Oct. 11 (UPI) -- Carson Palmer hit Andrew Caldwell on a scoring pass with 22 seconds to play Sunday, pushing the Cincinnati Bengals past the Baltimore Ravens 17-14.

Palmer's 20-yard toss to Caldwell finished off an 11-play, 80-yard drive aided by three Baltimore penalties.

Cincinnati (4-1) also scored on a 28-yard run by Cedric Benson and a 32-yard Shayne Graham field goal.

Benson racked up 120 yards rushing against a Baltimore defense that had gone 39 straight games without allowing a 100-yard rusher.

The Ravens (3-2) scored on two big plays -- a 52-yard interception return by Ed Reed and a 48-yard pass from Joe Flacco to Ray Rice.
