Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Oct. 4 (UPI) -- David Garrard passed for three touchdowns Sunday in a 37-17 Jacksonville Jaguars romp over the Tennessee Titans.
Garrard completed 27-of-37 passes for 323 yards.
Two of the touchdown throws were to Mike Sims-Walker, for 9 and 15 yards, and the third was a 33-yarder to Marcedes Lewis.
Maurice Jones-Drew ran for a 9-yard touchdown and Josh Scobee kicked field goals of 22, 50 and 33 yards for the Jags (2-2).
Kerry Collins hit Nate Washington with a 14-yard scoring pass and ran 10 yards for a touchdown for the Titans (0-4). Collins passed for 284 yards on 29 completions in 48 throws.
Chris Johnson ran for 83 yards for Tennessee.
