
BALTIMORE, Oct. 3 (UPI) -- Jeff Fiorentino's two hits and two RBI Saturday boosted the Baltimore Orioles to a 6-3 win over the Toronto Blue Jays.
Baltimore's Ty Wigginton and Cesar Izturis had two hits and one RBI apiece.
Guillermo Rodriguez and Brian Roberts had one RBI each, while Lou Montanez had two hits for the Orioles, who have won two in a row against the Blue Jays following five straight losses.
The winner was starter Mark Hendrickson (6-5).
Closer Jim Johnson, the fourth Baltimore pitcher, earned his 10th save.
Travis Snider led Toronto with two hits and one RBI.
Aaron Hill hit an RBI single.
A second-inning run scored on Hendrickson's balk, and five others had one hit for the Blue Jays, who announced the firing of General Manager J.P. Ricciardi earlier Saturday.
The losing pitcher was starter Scott Richmond (8-11).
