Logano wins Kansas Nationwide race

KANSAS CITY, Kan., Oct. 3 (UPI) -- Joey Logano passed Kyle Busch with one lap left Saturday and won the Nationwide Kansas Lottery 300 at the Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kan.

Logano's improbable victory followed his eerie crash last Sunday at the Sprint Cup AAA 400 at Dover International Speedway, when his car turned over eight times, but he escaped injury.

Logano led the race for only four laps to 173 for Busch.

Brad Keseloswki, Kevin Harvick and Greg Biffle completed the Top-5 finishers.

The unlucky Busch finished fourth at Dover after leading for 109 laps.

"It is frustrating," Busch said during a post-race interview. "I had the best car out there today, but unfortunately, I got beat by another driver."

First time pole-winner Parker Kligerman finished 16th.
