Tommie Harris' wife dies

HOUSTON, Sept. 27 (UPI) -- Maurice Jones-Drew ran for 119 yards and three touchdowns Sunday, leading the Jacksonville Jaguars over the Houston Texans 31-24.
Jones-Drew scored on a 61-yard run in the second quarter, a 1-yard run in the third and an from 8 yards out in what turned out to be the game-winner in the fourth.
David Garrard was 18-of-30 for 214 yards and ran 2 yards for a touchdown for Jacksonville (1-2).
Matt Schaub completed 26-of-35 passes for 300 yards, including touchdowns of 18 yards to Jacoby Jones, 9 yards to Kevin Walter and 2 yards to Owen Daniels for the Texans (1-2).
Jacksonville broke out of a 24-24 tie with an 87-yard drive capped by Jones-Drew's 8-yard TD early in the fourth quarter.
