WASHINGTON, Sept. 22 (UPI) -- Rafael Furcal had four RBI and scored three runs Tuesday to lead the Los Angeles Dodgers in a 14-2 rout of the Washington Nationals.
Matt Kemp, James Loney, who was 3-for-5, scored two runs, and Casey Blake, who homered, each had two RBI for the Dodgers, who have not won back-to-back division crowns since 1977-78 but are close to winning the NL West for the second straight year.
Hiroki Kuroda (8-6) gave up two runs on four hits over six innings to earn the win.
Livan Hernandez (8-12) allowed eight runs on eight hits with four walks in 3 2/3 innings to take the loss.
Adam Dunn hit a two-run homer for Washington.
