Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24

SEATTLE, Sept. 19 (UPI) -- Erik Folk kicked a 22-yard field goal with three seconds left Saturday to give the Washington Huskies a 16-13 win over third-ranked Southern Cal.
Jake Locker completed 21-of-35 for 237 yards and ran for a touchdown for the Huskies (2-1, 1-0 Pac-10). Chris Polk rushed for 71 yards on 25 carries and James Johnson had 72 yards on seven receptions for Washington.
Aaron Corp, starting in place of injured Matt Barkley, was 13- of-22 for 110 yards and an interception for USC (2-1, 0-1).
Joe McKnight rushed for 100 yards and a TD on 11 carries and had 40 yards on three receptions for the Trojans.
