Mike Rivera hit a two-run double and Mike Cameron a sacrifice fly for the Brewers, who have won five of seven.

Winner Dave Bush (5-7) gave up four runs and eight hits in 5 2/3 innings. Closer Trevor Hoffman pitched a 1-2-3 ninth, earning his 33rd save.

Chicago's Micah Hoffpauir hit a pinch two-run double, Jeff Baker drove in one run and a run scored on Derek Lee's first-inning, double-play groundout.

The losing pitcher was starter Randy Wells (10-9).
