GREEN BAY, Wis., Sept. 14 (UPI) -- Aaron Rodgers hit Greg Jennings with a 50-yard touchdown pass with just over a minute left Sunday to give Green Bay a 21-15 victory over Chicago.
Rodgers connected on 17-of-28 passes for 184 yards and had no interceptions, while Jennings caught six passes for 106 yards. Ryan Grant rushed for 61 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries for the Packers (1-0).
Jay Cutler, in his debut with the Bears, completed just 17-of-36, but finished with 277 yards passing and one touchdown, a 36-yarder to Devin Hester, who caught four passes for 90 yards for the Bears (0-1). Cutler had played three seasons with the Denver Broncos before being traded in the off-season to Chicago.
The Packers' new 3-4 defense held Matt Forte, a rookie sensation who rushed for 1,000 yards last season, to just 55 yards on 25 carries.
