TAMPA, Fla., Sept. 13 (UPI) -- Tony Romo passed for 353 yards and three touchdowns Sunday, leading Dallas past the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 34-21.
Romo's first touchdown throw was for 42 yards to Miles Austin, followed by a 66-yarder to Roy Williams and another to Patrick Crayton on a play that covered 80 yards.
The Dallas quarterback was 16-for-27 passing.
Marion Barber ran for 79 yards and a touchdown for the Cowboys (1-0)
Byron Leftwich was 25-of-41 for 276 yards and a touchdown for Tampa Bay (0-1).
Derrick Ward ran for 62 yards and a score for the Bucs.
