ANAHEIM, Calif., Sept. 12 (UPI) -- Scott Podsednik hit an inside-the-park homer and scored the winning run Saturday in the Chicago White Sox' 4-3, 10-inning win over the Los Angeles Angels.

Podsednik scored the winning run on a wild pitch by Kevin Jepsen.
Gordon Beckham had three hits, one a solo homer, and a run scored on Bobby Abreu's third-inning error.
The winner for the White Sox, who have split their last four games, was closer Bob Jenks (3-4). Tony Pena earned his second save.
Torii Hunter, Maicer Izturis and Vladimir Guerrero led LA with one RBI each.
The losing pitcher for the Angels, who had won four in a row, was closer Brian Fuentes (1-4).
