HOUSTON, Sept. 6 (UPI) -- Miguel Tejada capped a three-run fifth with an RBI single Sunday, leading the Houston Astros to a 4-3 win over the Philadelphia Phillies.

Winner Bud Norris (4-3) gave up two runs and six hits in six innings with no walks and six strikeouts.

Closer Jose Valverde pitched a 1-2-3 ninth to earn his 21st save.

Philadelphia's runs scored on solo homers by Jimmy Rollins in the first, Ben Francisco in the fourth, and Jayson Werth in the eighth.
