
HOUSTON, Sept. 6 (UPI) -- Miguel Tejada capped a three-run fifth with an RBI single Sunday, leading the Houston Astros to a 4-3 win over the Philadelphia Phillies.
Carlos Lee's two-run single erased a 2-1 deficit before Tejada's run-scoring hit.
Lance Berkman had one RBI, Tejada had four hits and Michael Bourn two for the Astros, who have won the first three contests in the four-game holiday weekend series.
Winner Bud Norris (4-3) gave up two runs and six hits in six innings with no walks and six strikeouts.
Closer Jose Valverde pitched a 1-2-3 ninth to earn his 21st save.
Philadelphia's runs scored on solo homers by Jimmy Rollins in the first, Ben Francisco in the fourth, and Jayson Werth in the eighth.
Raul Ibanez had two of the nine hits for the Phillies, who have lost four of five.
The losing pitcher was starter Cole Hamels (8-9).
