Report: Kansas football coach probed

NEW YORK, Sept. 5 (UPI) -- Derek Lee's two homers and three RBI Saturday lifted the Chicago Cubs to a 5-3 win over the New York Mets.
Lee had three of Chicago's nine hits with a two-run homer in the top of the fifth inning and a solo shot in the eighth.
Aramis Ramirez hit a two-run homer for the Cubs, who had lost four of six.
Winner Rich Harden (9-8) gave up two runs and seven hits in five innings with a walk and 10 strikeouts. Carlos Marmol earned his ninth save.
Cory Sullivan, David Wright and Anderson Hernandez each had one RBI for the Mets, whose modest two-game winning streak ended.
The losing pitcher was starter Nelson Figueroa (2-4).
