BALTIMORE, Sept. 5 (UPI) -- Former Baltimore and Cleveland offensive tackle Orlando "Zeus" Brown was free Saturday after being arrested on burglary charges, court papers indicate.

Baltimore County District Court documents indicate Brown's former wife, Mira Brown, accused the ex-football player of breaking into her Cockeysville, Md., home while she was away on vacation, allegedly tearing down curtains, defecating in a basement toilet and ransacking her closet, The Baltimore Sun reported.

An arrest warrant was issued for Brown Aug. 28 on charges of third-degree burglary and malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500. He was arrested Friday and released on his own recognizance, the newspaper said.

The documents said Mira Brown alleges Brown left text messages saying he had "toured" her house, which reportedly is in foreclosure and for sale. The damage was discovered by a real estate agent, police said.

The Sun said Orlando Brown, who retired from the Ravens in 2006, now owns a Fatburger franchise in Elkridge, Md. His attorney could not be reached for comment.
