SEATTLE, Aug. 30 (UPI) -- Three Seattle batters combined for six RBI Saturday in the Mariners' 8-4 win over Kansas City.
Jack Hannahan drove in two runs, one on a solo homer.
Rob Johnson hit a two-run homer.
Mike Sweeney had two hits and two RBI, while Jose Lopez and Jack Wilson had one RBI apiece for the Mariners, who have won five of six.
Winner Ian Snell (3-1) yielded two runs and three hits in five innings.
Mitch Maier and John Buck homered for Kansas City, which has lost three of four.
Losing pitcher Gil Meche (6-10) surrendered seven runs and eight hits in four innings.
